Coolah District Development Group

The Coolah District Development Group manages aspects of tourism, social, economic and cultural development within Coolah district. The Coolah Rockn' at the Racecourse held on the 2nd weekend in March is an initiative of the Coolah District Development Group, and also the Coolah Gardens tour held biannually (weather prevailing). The "Hive Live" fitness centre is conducted by fully trained personnel and is an exciting part of Coolah's lifestyle program for all ages. In partnership with Warrumbungle Shire Council, The Shire Hall Coolah was officially opened in September 2007. The redevelopment of the Shire Hall in Coolah has revitalised the main street and combines within the one building a Visitors Information Centre, Pandora Gallery and revamped library space with Internet access.
