Eumungerie Public School

Total enrollments: 18 children. Eumungerie Public School is a small, semi-isolated rural school with a very committed staff. Teaching and learning programs are enhanced by positive attitudes in the students, parents and staff who work together supporting the school and its direction. In a caring school environment provision is made to develop students intellectually, physically, socially and emotionally. The school's goal remains for students to be equipped with the skills needed to adapt to a changing world and become independent life-long learners. The school has developed a very positive sports development program centred around improving each student's fitness, skill level, ability to use judgement, a sense of fair play and sportsmanship. The improved garden environment is a source of attraction to local wildlife further enhancing the unique setting of Eumungerie Public School. Parents are involved in many aspects of the school ranging from lunch helpers, P and C members to ground beautification. We are proud of the dynamic association that we have developed within the community and parent body and will continue to develop this relationship.
