The Turner family have being growing vines in Mudgee since 1970, and launched the Frog Rock label in 1997, naming it after a nearby and well known frog-shaped granite boulders. The Frog Rock Vineyards are situated 5kms north east of Mudgee along Cassilis Road, opposite the Mudgee airport and there you will find the original Lawson Farm Cottage Cellar Door. Our cellar door offers visitors a myriad of experiences: enjoy tasting the wine at the tasting bar, browse our store for locally made delicacies, try out some of our funky merchandise or take a stroll through Jen�s wonderful garden taking in the picturesque views of Mudgee Valley. Our cellar door also hosts art exhibitions and there are many sculptures in the garden. Enquires to exhibit are welcome. Visitors are invited to bring their lunch or nibbles to enjoy in the surrounding gardens. Frog Rock Wines is also the venue for Flix in the Stix � Mudgee�s very own open air cinema, which screens in the warmer months.
