Narromine Local History Group


The Narromine Local History Group is a volunteer organisation dedicated to collecting and preserving historical records and photographs relating to the Narromine Shire district. This Group assists with private family research projects, and collect and index records associated with business, people, Indigenous history, sporting and service clubs, and properties in the local area. Information about Indigenous families and groups in the Narromine region are also available at the Narromine Local History Group. In addition, the Narromine Local History Group holds a large photographic collection and recently completed a comprehensive heritage site study of Narromine Shire.
