Norma Williams is a traditional and contemporary artist who paints a diverse range of subjects. Norma produces her art using watercolour, mixed media, pastels, and acrylic mediums. Norma also teaches using watercolour, pen, ink and wash techniques. Norma's works are for sale at the Dubbo Art & Craft Society's Cottage in Cobra Street.
